Paola King E-RYT 200, RYT 500*
Yoga found me unexpectedly in the shape of a door prize at a Military Function in February 2004. I got hooked the moment I stepped on that mat. Due to the occupation of my husband, we moved back and forth between the USA and Germany. I was introduced to different styles of yoga and teachers throughout the years. In 2009 I decided to become a certified Yoga Instructor in Vinyasa Flow. I have since taught different levels of Yoga from beginner to advanced, Yoga for Irish Tap Dancers, Post Natal, and Soft/Gentle Flow. Even though my certification is in Vinyasa Flow, my practice is strongly influenced by B.K.S Iyengar and Ashtanga. I teach Yoga classes to emphasize discipline and proper form while also maintaining a sense of fun and lightness. I continuously expand my education through workshops with national and international Yoga teachers, while keeping my own practice ongoing.
